Abstract:

The article examines corporate culture as one of the key factors in strategic development and increasing the competitiveness of modern organizations. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign studies, as well as empirical data, the need to form a strong and adaptive corporate culture capable of supporting the company's strategy, increasing employee motivation and stimulating innovation is substantiated.
