STATE YOUTH POLICY IN THE SYSTEM OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES

Abstract:

This article analyzes the legal foundations, essence, and practical mechanisms for implementing state policy on youth issues in the system of internal affairs bodies. Specifically, it examines the powers of internal affairs bodies as defined in Article 15 of the Law "On State Youth Policy," and the effectiveness of their activities in strengthening crime prevention among youth, their social rehabilitation and adaptation, and raising legal awareness and culture. The article also highlights modern approaches to working with youth in the system of internal affairs bodies, the role of preventive services, mechanisms of cooperation with other state bodies, and develops proposals and recommendations for addressing existing problems.
