ANALYSIS OF THE LEGAL FOUNDATIONS FOR APPEALS BY INDIVIDUALS AND LEGAL ENTITIES

Abstract:

This article comprehensively analyzes the right of individuals and legal entities to submit appeals, its constitutional and legal essence, and the national legislative framework aimed at ensuring this right. Specifically, it highlights the legal aspects of the procedure for receiving, reviewing, and making decisions on appeals based on the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law "On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities," and relevant regulatory legal acts. The article also examines the rights and obligations of state bodies and officials in handling appeals, as well as mechanisms for protecting the legitimate interests of citizens and legal entities. The paper addresses problems encountered in practice, their causes, and puts forward scientific and practical proposals aimed at improving the system of working with appeals.
