THE ROLE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AS A WEAPON FOR COMMITTING A CRIMINAL IN THE CRIME OF MURDER

Abstract:

This scientific article analyzes the role of artificial intelligence technologies as a weapon for committing a crime in the crime of murder, its legal and criminological aspects. It is scientifically proven that the possibilities of autonomous decision-making, algorithmic control and remote influence of artificial intelligence lead to the complexity of the methods of committing a crime. Based on the norms of Article 97 (intentional murder) and Article 98 (intentional murder in a state of strong mental excitement) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the subjective and objective sides, the concept of a weapon of crime and issues of liability are discussed in crimes using artificial intelligence.
