The article examines the issues of implementing measures aimed at stimulating progressive structural changes in production that would meet world standards. In this paper, the issues of the mechanism for stimulating innovative activities of industrial enterprises were studied, contributing to the activation and development of innovations. The forms of interaction between enterprises that increase the effectiveness of innovation management structures were identified.

To stimulate innovation and technological development in small companies, Japan has a system of tax incentives and favorable conditions for research and development. For example, small companies may receive reduced income tax rates or even exemptions from certain taxes if certain conditions are met.

This study develops a small Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium (DSGE) model tailored to the Uzbekistan economy, incorporating key external factors such as the cotton and gold sectors. Recognizing Uzbekistan’s rapid economic growth and significant capital inflows, the model integrates these dynamics to analyze macroeconomic policies and external shocks. Calibration of the model parameters is based on the latest available data, and simulations are conducted to assess the impact of various economic policies. The results indicate that capital inflows significantly influence output and investment, while shocks to the cotton and gold sectors have substantial effects on employment and inflation. This research contributes to the understanding of Uzbekistan’s macroeconomic framework and offers policy recommendations to sustain its growth trajectory.

The youth wing, as an important component of political parties, performs the tasks of involving young people in political processes, expressing their interests and educating them. The article highlights aspects of the youth wing, such as innovative ideas, use of social networks, social responsibility and participation in the decision-making process within the party. The youth wing plays an important role in taking into account the opinions of young people in solving contemporary social and political problems and including them in the party policy. The article also includes suggestions and recommendations for increasing the influence of the youth wing in political parties and developing their activities. Strengthening the activity of the youth wing is seen as an important factor in ensuring social and political stability in the future. This article provides important scientific and practical information for political parties, political scientists, youth and the general public, and serves to further increase the role and importance of the youth wing in political life.
