In today's globalization environment, it is important to study the experiences of advanced countries to improve the efficiency of the public administration system. The article studies the approaches of the United States, European and Asian countries to the training of public administration personnel and considers the possibilities of their application in the conditions of Uzbekistan. The possibilities of using foreign experiences in the conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan are considered, and proposals are put forward to improve the skills of civil servants, combat corruption and increase the efficiency of the management system. Issues such as the introduction of an electronic government system, the use of digital technologies and the expansion of international experience exchange programs are covered. THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL FINANCIAL SERVICES AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE ECONOMY
This article analyzes the rapid development of digital financial services in Uzbekistan in recent years and its impact on the national economy across key sectors such as the banking system, fintech companies, government services, electronic payment systems, and related areas. The study employs a review of up-to-date statistics from official reports of the Central Bank and Ministry of Finance, data from major fintech companies, and scholarly sources to provide a comprehensive analysis. The findings indicate that digital finance infrastructure has expanded significantly – for instance, the number of bank cards in circulation grew to 34.2 million in 2022, and cashless payments have risen steadily (reaching about 58% of GDP by 2022).
