Аннотация:

Sirtda Kuchaytirilgan Raman spektroskopiyasi va  Konfokal Raman mikroskopiyasi haqida nazariy ma’lumotlar berildi. Oddiy Raman sochilishi natijasida olingan signallar haqida tushuntirish berib o’tildi. Konfokal Raman mikroskopiyasining ishlash prinsipi va qanday vazifa bajarilishi keltirib o’tildi. Sirtda kuchaytirilgan Raman spektroskopiyasi va  Konfokal Raman mikroskopiyasi, uning so‘nggi yutuqlari tahlil qilindi..
