Ushbu maqola Jahon banki loyihalarining rivojlangan va rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarda inson kapitalini rivojlantirishga ta'sirini o'rganadi. Global iqtisodiy farovonlikning hal qiluvchi omili sifatida Jahon bankining tashabbuslari ta'lim, sog'liqni saqlash va malaka oshirishni o'z ichiga olgan mamlakatlarning inson kapitaliga sezilarli ta'sir ko'rsatadi. Empirik dalillar turlicha bo'lsa-da, ko'pchilik Bank loyihalari va inson kapitalini oshirish o'rtasida ijobiy bog'liqlikni ko'rsatadi. Ushbu maqola ushbu loyihalarning ta'sirini batafsil tahlil qiladi va ushbu mavzu bo'yicha tegishli adabiyotlarni ko'rib chiqadi.
