Ushbu maqola tarbiya jarayonining psixologik asoslarini o‘rganadi. Tarbiya inson shaxsini shakllantirishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi va uning samaradorligi psixologik tamoyillarga asoslangan holda ta'minlanadi. Maqolada tarbiyaning asosiy psixologik mexanizmlari, shaxsning rivojlanish bosqichlari, o‘qituvchi-tarbiyachi va o‘quvchi o‘rtasidagi munosabatlar, motivatsiya va rag'batlantirish usullari, shuningdek, tarbiya jarayonida yuzaga keladigan muammolar va ularni hal etish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
