Аннотация:

Vitiligo – terining pigmentatsiyasiz oq dog‘lar hosil bo‘lishi bilan namoyon bo‘ladigan autoimmun kasallik bo‘lib, bugungi kunda uni faqat estetik muammo sifatida qabul qilish xato ekani tobora ko‘proq ta’kidlanmoqda. Turli tadqiqotlar kasallikning hayot sifati va ijtimoiy moslashuvga salbiy ta’sirini aniqladi: bemorlar kundalik faoliyat, ish, ta’lim va psixososial sog‘lig‘i bilan bog‘liq qiyinchiliklarga duch keladi. Bemorlarning ko‘pchiligida depressiya, tashvish va o‘z-o‘zini past baholash kuzatiladi, ularni ijtimoiy voqealardan chekinishga majbur qiladi. Ushbu maqolada vitiligo kasalligi bilan yashovchi bemorlarning hayot sifati va ijtimoiy moslashuv darajasini o‘rganishga qaratilgan zamonaviy ilmiy manbalar tahlil qilindi hamda o‘z kuzatuvlarimiz natijalari keltiriladi.
