Аннотация:

Mazkur maqolada Xitoy Xalq Respublikasida politsiya organlari tomonidan kuch ishlatishning huquqiy asoslari, uning turlari, qo‘llash shartlari va hududiy amaliyoti tahlil qilingan. Xususan, kuch ishlatishning proporsionallik, qonuniylik va zarurat tamoyillari Xitoy qonunchiligida qanday mustahkamlangani, politsiya xodimlarining vakolatlari, maxsus vositalardan foydalanish tartibi hamda jamoat xavfsizligini ta’minlashdagi o‘rni atroflicha yoritiladi. Shu bilan birga, xalqaro huquq standartlari bilan solishtirma tahlil o‘tkazilib, Xitoy amaliyotining o‘ziga xos jihatlari va muammolari ko‘rsatiladi. Maqolada kuch ishlatish sohasida shaffoflikni oshirish, inson huquqlarini himoya qilish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish va politsiya nazoratini kuchaytirishga doir takliflar ham ilgari suriladi.
