Аннотация:





Ushbu maqola shaxsiy motivatsiya va o‘zini rivojlantirishning asosiy tamoyillari, metodlari va amaliyotlarini tahlil etadi. Shaxsiy motivatsiya insonning o‘z maqsadlariga erishish uchun ichki kuch va ishonchni topish jarayonini ifodalaydi. Maqolada o‘zgarishlarga erishish, maqsadni aniq belgilash, samarali vaqt boshqaruvi va o‘z-o‘zini tahlil qilish kabi muhim yo‘nalishlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. O‘zini rivojlantirishda psixologik yondashuvlar, motivatsion texnikalar, kichik qadamlar orqali katta natijalarga erishish imkoniyatlari haqida batafsil ma'lumot berilgan. Maqola o‘z-o‘zini anglash, yangi imkoniyatlar yaratish va hayotdagi muvaffaqiyatga erishish uchun zarur bo‘lgan qadamlarni tushunishga yordam beradi.
