LEGAL TECH RIVOJLANISH TARIXI

Abstrak:
Ushbu maqolada Legal Tech, ya’ni huquqiy texnologiyalar rivojlanishining tarixiy va zamonaviy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Unda Legal Tech tushunchasi, yuridik xizmatlarni modernizatsiya qilishdagi roli, inson omilini kamaytirish va jarayonlarni tezlashtirish kabi asosiy maqsadlari yoritiladi. Rivojlanish tarixi uch davrga bo‘linadi: birinchi davr (1970-1980-yillar) – elektron yozuv mashinalari va huquqiy ma’lumotlar bazalari; ikkinchi davr (1990-2000-yillar) – internet, onlayn resurslar va yuridik faoliyatni boshqarish dasturlari; uchinchi davr (2010-yildan hozirgi kungacha) – sun’iy intellekt, blokcheyn, smart kontraktlar va bulutli texnologiyalar. Shuningdek, Germaniya va Estoniya tajribalari tahlil qilinib, O‘zbekistonda Legal Techni rivojlantirish, xorij tajribasini milliy qonunchilikka tatbiq etish va fuqarolarning huquqiy ongini oshirish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
