INSTITUTIONAL RENAISSANCE OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT: CHALLENGES AND DEVELOPMENT HORIZONS IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract:

The article is devoted to the analysis of the institutional renaissance of public procurement in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the context of global reform trends. Particular attention is paid to the role of procurement as a tool for effective public administration and sustainable development. Based on international reports, the conformity of national reforms with global standards of transparency and digitalization is substantiated. Key stages of the procurement system evolution are highlighted, institutionalization mechanisms are characterized, and strategic priorities for further transformations are defined. The results obtained contribute to a deeper scientific understanding of the transformation of the procurement system in developing economies.
