Left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and concomitant ejection fraction are the most common myocardial structural abnormalities associated with heart failure. LVH is controlled by neurohumoral activation, increased mechanical load, that is, increased pressure on the heart, and arterial hypertension, chronic kidney disease, diabetes, and other cytokines. In this article, we discuss experimental and clinical evidence linking LVH to diastolic dysfunction and establishing it as one diagnostic marker for heart failure.

Одним из основополагающих принципов лечения больных с патологическим вывихом бедра, является раннее восстановление разрушенной воспалительным процессом головки бедренной кости. Для этой цели применяется комплексное лечение   магнитотерапия и препарат кальцитрин, стимулирующие остеогенез. Контроль осуществляется ультразвуковым методом, который подтверждает приостановление деструктивного процесса  и начала стимуляции пораженной кости.

The incidence of congenital heart defects varies widely and ranges from 2.4 to 14.15%. Every year, more than 30,000 children are born worldwide with congenital heart defects. Many of these patients are young women planning to carry a pregnancy to term and give birth to a healthy child. In women with congenital heart defects during pregnancy, the risk of developing heart failure, arrhythmia, cerebrovascular diseases, and embolism, leading to death, increases. The course of pregnancy is complicated by fetal growth restriction, premature birth, preeclampsia, newborns have a lower birth weight, and the risk increases.

They opened for us the depths of morality and the facets of beauty, since ethical education in their understanding is, first of all, and is an integral part of the comprehensive and harmonious development of the individual, regardless of time and circumstances, because it is a powerful means of spiritual enrichment for a representative of anyone - in that the number of the new - society.

Geographical features, such as fields, meadows, and valleys, are highlighted in toponymy, emphasizing the importance of specific landscapes for farming. Cultural significance is also reflected in the naming of places after specific crops or agricultural activities. Regional variations exist due to differences in climate, geography, and cultural practices, with certain areas known for specific crops or agricultural traditions. The toponymy also reflects changes in agricultural practices and economic development over time, with names associated with trading centers or specific agricultural industries.

The novel 1984, the final masterpiece of George Orwell, was published in 1949 which is a dystopian social science fiction novel. Thematically, the core idea of his masterpiece is about the consequences of totalitarianism, mass surveillance and repressive regimentation of people and behaviours within society. Orwell inspired writing his last novel on dystopian novel “We”, the production of Russian writer Yevgeny Zamyatin, which was introduced him by literature professor Gleb Struve in 1944. However, later in 1946, George Orwell wrote about dystopian novel “Brave New World” by Aldous Huxley in his article "Freedom and Happiness" for the Tribune. In his article he mentioned about similarities to “We”. By this time the political satire “Animal Farm” which Orwell published in 1945, had scored a critical and commercial hit and also raised his profile. So then, Orwell decided to write his novel “1984”.

С широким распространением мультиспиральной компьютерной томографии в медицинской визуализации необходимость повышения контрастности изображений, получаемых с помощью сканирующего инструмента, становится все более актуальной. Недостаточный контраст на изображениях может препятствовать точной диагностике и анализу. Это, в свою очередь, означает, что существует потребность в эффективных методах повышения контрастности изображений, полученных при мультиспиральной компьютерной томографии. В этой исследовательской статье рассматриваются 17 методов повышения контрастности медицинских изображений и оцениваются полученные изображения по трем критериям. Основная цель данного исследования — определить оптимальную пару метода контрастного усиления и критериев оценки контрастности, обеспечивающую диагностически удобные медицинские изображения.

Данная научная статья посвящена вопросу изображения образа животных природы, который считается одной из актуальных проблем художественной литературы. В ней освещена проблема изображения животного мира в произведении  «Кисас ар-Рабгузи» Бурхануддина Рабгузи. Также в статье уделяется внимание символическим и метафорическим проявлениям природных существ в художественной интерпретации. Также были высказаны некоторые замечания по поводу изображения этих образов в узбекской поэзии.

В статье обсуждаются проблемные вопросы отношения студентов к представителям разных социальных групп. Обосновываются психологические процессы и свойства, способствующие и препятствующие формированию и усугублению социальных предубеждений. Представлены результаты проверки гипотезы влияния эмпатии как свойства личности на выраженность социальных предубеждений у студентов.

We will explore the diverse array of devices that fall under this category, their specific functions, and the pivotal role they play in preparing wastewater for subsequent biological and chemical treatment processes. Moreover, we will illuminate how advancements in technology have elevated the efficiency, reliability, and eco-friendliness of these devices, making them indispensable tools in the pursuit of a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment.

In the article, the role of aquatic plants in the biological treatment of wastewater from the Dangara bread production industry in the Dangara district of the Fergana region is studied. The physical and chemical composition of wastewater from the production plant, the growth, development, productivity and level of water purification of pistachio aquatic plants at different concentrations of the plant waste water were studied. The effectiveness of cleaning high-water plants (pistachio) in semi-production conditions was determined. By growing Pistia aquatic plant in wastewater from the enterprise, organic substances and impurities in the water are absorbed by the aquatic plant and lead to improvement of water quality.  The physical properties and chemical composition of the water are greatly improved when a higher aquatic plant is grown in the wastewater. The amount of dissolved oxygen decreased from 3.67 to 9.14 mg O2/l, KBBT5 decreased three times (from 15.88 to 4.58 mg O2/l) and KBKT from 29.41 to 9.58 mg O2/l. Other indicators of wastewater have also improved
