HYGIENIC PREVENTIVE MEASURES AND THEIR EFFECTIVENESS
Main Article Content
Abstract:
This study analyzes the effectiveness of hygienic preventive measures among 12–16-year-old adolescent boys living in the Shaykhontohur and Mirzo-Ulugbek districts. During the research, students’ knowledge of personal hygiene, their daily habits, and their health status were examined. The results indicated that adolescents who maintained a high level of personal hygiene experienced fewer health issues. Specifically, habits such as handwashing, brushing teeth, and regular showering played a significant role in reducing skin diseases, oral health problems, and respiratory infections. Based on the findings, recommendations were developed to enhance adolescents' hygienic awareness and practical skills.
