This article examines the technology of preparing jam from the fruits of Ziziphus jujuba (jujube). During the jam-making process, the relationship between fruit and sugar syrup was studied, as well as the impact of parameters such as temperature, time, and sugar content on product quality. The ripeness of Ziziphus jujuba Mill. fruit and the amount of sugar in the syrup significantly influence its quality. The article provides a comprehensive description of the technological processes for preparing high-quality jam from jujube fruits.

HYGIENIC PREVENTIVE MEASURES AND THEIR EFFECTIVENESS
This study analyzes the effectiveness of hygienic preventive measures among 12–16-year-old adolescent boys living in the Shaykhontohur and Mirzo-Ulugbek districts. During the research, students’ knowledge of personal hygiene, their daily habits, and their health status were examined. The results indicated that adolescents who maintained a high level of personal hygiene experienced fewer health issues. Specifically, habits such as handwashing, brushing teeth, and regular showering played a significant role in reducing skin diseases, oral health problems, and respiratory infections. Based on the findings, recommendations were developed to enhance adolescents' hygienic awareness and practical skills.

EARLY DIAGNOSIS, CLINICAL PICTURE AND TREATMENT OF IDIOPATHIC SCROTUM SWELLING IN BOYS
In this study, we tried to identify acute and idiopathic scrotal edema in boys. To differentiate children with scrotal edema syndrome. The most obvious clinical symptoms are increasing hyperemia of the skin, pain, discomfort in the area of redness, swelling and pastosity of the scrotum spreading to the perianal area and itching. Laboratory data are unchanged except for eosinophilia. After conservative therapy in 96.2% of cases, within 2-5 days, a sharp decrease in symptoms occurred.

THE ROLE OF EDUCATION, FAMILY ENVIRONMENT, AND STEREOTYPES IN THE FORMATION OF GENDER IDENTITY IN ADOLESCENTS
This article examines the impact of the education system, family environment, and gender stereotypes on the formation of adolescents’ gender identity. The study revealed that parent-child communication, school environment, and socially established gender norms significantly influence this process. A survey was conducted with 100 adolescents and their parents to analyze the influence of education and family on gender identity formation. Empirical data on the impact of gender stereotypes on personal identity are presented, along with recommendations for reducing these stereotypes.

This article explores the lives and scholarly activities of scholars who have made significant contributions to Uzbekistan's ethnography. The works of Ahmad Donish, V. V. Bartold, S. P. Tolstov, A. A. Divayev, M. E. Masson, Yahyo Gulomov, Habibulla Boboyev, Rahmatulla Zohidov, Shavkat Rahmonov, and Ruza Balliyeva, who made significant contributions to the study of the customs, traditions, and material and spiritual culture of the Uzbek people, were analyzed. The scientific heritage of these researchers has not lost its significance even today, thanks to their works, one can deeply comprehend the historical and cultural development of the Uzbek people. The article provides general information about these scholars' contributions to Uzbekistan's ethnography and their research directions.

NEW MEASURES AND SUPPORT MECHANISMS FOR DEVELOPING EXPORTS IN UZBEKISTAN
This article is dedicated to analyzing the new measures and support mechanisms aimed at developing export activities in Uzbekistan. Since 2017, based on the government decisions and decrees focused on promoting exports, a series of innovative measures have been implemented to enhance the country's export potential. These include pre-export financing, compensation for insurance services, and ensuring financial and organizational support necessary for accessing foreign markets. The article examines the financial assistance provided to exporters, customs and tax incentives, new export mechanisms, and government policies aimed at expanding the geography of exports through the introduction of international standards and certifications. The research findings demonstrate the positive impact of the innovations implemented and the existing opportunities for further developing export activities in Uzbekistan.
