Аннотация:

Ushbu maqola AQSH jinoyat qonunchiligida qo'shimcha jazolar va ularni ijro etish tizimini o'rganishga bag'ishlangan. Maqolada qo'shimcha jazolar tushunchasi, ularning turlari va belgilanish tartibi ko'rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, jazolarni ijro etish jarayonining qonuniy asoslari, ijro etish organlari va yuzaga keladigan muammolar tahlil qilinadi. Qo'shimcha jazolarning ijtimoiy ta'siri, jinoyatchilik darajasiga hamda jamiyat xavfsizligiga ta'siri muhokama etiladi. Maqolaning maqsadi, qo'shimcha jazolar va ijro etish tizimining samaradorligini va jamiyat taraqqiyotidagi o'rnini tahlil qilishdir. Natijada, maqola qonuniy va ijtimoiy adolatni ta'minlashda huquqiy mexanizmlarning ahamiyatini ko'rsatadi.
