This article provides a systematic analysis of the deterministic role, strategic significance, and dual impact of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the modernization of human capital under conditions of global digital transformation. AI is emerging as a fundamental driver of maximizing human intellectual potential within the architecture of the economy, education, healthcare, and the labor market.
