Аннотация:
Butun dunyoda sifatli ta’limga bo‘lgan talab ortib borayotgani talabalarni global
raqobatga tayyorlay oladigan malakali o‘qituvchilarga bo‘lgan ehtiyojga e’tiborni qaratdi.
Ta'lim sohasida an'anaviy o'qitish usullaridan o'quvchilarga yo'naltirilgan ta'limga o'tish
kuzatildi, bu esa o'qituvchilardan keng ko'lamli vakolatlarga ega bo'lishni talab qiladi.
Zamonaviy ta'lim tizimining talablariga javob berish uchun o'qituvchilar xalqaro baholash
dasturlari standartlariga mos keladigan kompetentsiyalarni rivojlantirishlari kerak va mazkur
maqolaning dolzarbligi ham va afzalliklari ham shundadir.
