Abstrak:

Буйрак касалланганда нефроннинг турли қисмларида ACЕ2 нинг юқори даражада ишлаб чиқарилиши , SARS-CoV‑2 нинг юқишига имкон берувчи хавф омилидир. Полимераза занжири реакцияси (ПЗР) ёрдамида COVID‑19 билан касалланган беморларнинг сийдикида коронавирус зарралари аниқланади. Хусусан, SARS-CoV‑2 хўжайин ҳужайраларига кириш учун ACЕ2 дан фойдаланади. Маълумки, буйраклардаги ангиотензинни ўзгартирувчи 2-турдаги фермент (ACЕ2) учун рецепторлари сони нафас олиш органларига (ўпка) қараганда деярли 100 баравар кўп.
