Abstract:
The role and importance of psychological knowledge in the preparation of internal affairs personnel is outlined. At the same time, it emphasizes the psychological characteristics of the employees of the Department of Internal Affairs, the role of knowledge processes in the work hierarchy of employees, the conflicts, conflicts, and methods of overcoming conflicts that arise in the family and service activities.
