Аннотация:

In this article, issues of promoting gastronomic tourism in Uzbekistan, gastronomic journalism, gastronomic events, festivals, their role in the development of gastronomic tourism will be shown. Also, specific problems of gastronomic tourism were pointed out and several proposals were put forward.
