Аннотация:
Ushbu maqola jamoat transporti loyihalarini boshqarishda zamonaviy metodologiyalarning qo'llanilishi masalasini ko'rib chiqadi. Tadqiqot Agile va Lean yondashuvlarining an'anaviy loyiha boshqaruv usullari bilan taqqoslash asosida olib borilgan. Maqolada xalqaro tajribalar tahlil qilingan va O'zbekiston jamoat transporti tizimida ushbu metodologiyalarni qo'llash imkoniyatlari baholangan. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatadiki, zamonaviy boshqaruv yondashuvlari loyiha samaradorligini sezilarli darajada oshirish va resurs sarfini kamaytirishga imkon beradi.
