Аннотация:

Ushbu tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi — kovul (Asparagus officinalis L.) o‘simligini in vitro sharoitda mikroklonal ko‘paytirish texnologiyasini ishlab chiqish va optimallashtirish, ya’ni qisqa vaqt ichida genetik jihatdan bir xil, sog‘lom va yuqori adaptatsiya qobiliyatiga ega o‘simlik namunalarini olishdir.
