Abstract:
Ushbu maqolada rukola (Eruca sativa) o‘simligining botanik xususiyatlari, ekologik talablar, oziq-modda tarkibi, biologik faol moddalar, agronomik jihatlar va uning inson salomatligi uchun foydalari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, so‘nggi tadqiqotlar asosida rukolaning mikrogreens shaklida yetishtirilishi, stressga chidamliligi, biomolekulalar profili va sog‘liq-parvarlik salohiyati muhokama qilinadi.
