Аннотация:
Ushbu tezisda korxonalarning daromadlari va xarajatlarini boshqarishni takomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Daromad va xarajatlarni nazorat qilish, monitoring mexanizmlari hamda byudjetlash va moliyaviy hisobot tizimlari orqali korxonalarning moliyaviy barqarorligini oshirishga qaratilgan amaliy yechimlar taqdim etiladi. Shu bilan birga, zamonaviy tadqiqotlardan olingan ma’lumotlar asosida daromad-xarajat boshqaruvi jarayonida yuzaga keladigan muammolar va ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot korxonalar rahbarlari, moliyaviy bo‘lim mutaxassislari va biznes menejerlari uchun amaliy jihatdan foydali bo‘lishi maqsad qilingan.
