This article explores the formation, evolution, and integration of neologisms in Modern English. Neologisms, as newly coined words or phrases, reflect linguistic creativity, technological progress, cultural change, and global communication dynamics. The research focuses on the mechanisms of word creation, the sociolinguistic factors driving lexical innovation, and the role of digital media in accelerating the spread of new vocabulary. Analytical attention is given to morphological, semantic, and pragmatic aspects of neologisms, as well as the processes of acceptance, standardization, and dictionary inclusion. The study offers a comprehensive overview of how neologisms shape and enrich contemporary English.
