2,5-BIS(ALKILTIO)-1,3,4-TIADIAZOL HOSILALARINI SINTEZI VA ULARNING ANTIMIKROB FAOLLIGINI O‘RGANISH

Аннотация:

Ushbu ishda 2,5-dimerkapto-1,3,4-tiadiazol asosida yangi 2,5-bis(alkiltio)-1,3,4-tiadiazol hosilalarini sintez qilish, ularning tuzilishini spektral usullar bilan tasdiqlash hamda mikroorganizmlarga qarshi antimikrob faolligini baholash maqsad qilingan. Sintez jarayoni ishqoriy muhitda tiol guruhlarning deprotonlanishi va keyinchalik alkilgalogenidlar bilan S-alkillanish reaksiyasi orqali amalga oshirildi. Natijada 2,5-bis(etiltio)-, 2,5-bis(propiltio)-, 2,5-bis(butiltio)- hamda 2,5-bis(benziltio)-1,3,4-tiadiazol hosilalari olindi. Olingan birikmalarning tuzilishi IR va UB-spektral tahlillar yordamida tasdiqlandi. Biologik sinovlar broth microdilution metodi asosida olib borilib, Staphylococcus aureus va Escherichia coli shtammlariga nisbatan MIC qiymatlari aniqlandi. Eng yuqori antimikrob faollik 2,5-bis(etiltio)- va 2,5-bis(benziltio)- hosilalarida kuzatildi. Olingan natijalar 2,5-joylashuvdagi substituentlarning tabiati tiadiazol hosilalarining biologik faolligiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatishini tasdiqladi.
