Ushbu maqolada oziq-ovqat texnologiyasi yoʻnalishida tahsil olayotgan talabalarning laboratoriya va amaliy mashgʻulotlarini tashkil etish hamda boshqarishni takomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalar, jumladan, Teaching Factory, muammoli taʼlim va peer-review metodlarining samaradorligi xalqaro tajribalar asosida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, laboratoriya menejmentining rejalashtirish, tashkil etish, nazorat qilish va baholash funksiyalari ilmiy dalillar bilan asoslangan.
