Abstract:

This thesis examines the importance and methods of guiding high school graduates toward careers in information technology (IT). It highlights the role of the IT sector in modern society and its significance for economic development. The thesis analyzes programs and methods aimed at developing students' technical skills, fostering interest in IT-related professions, and preparing specialists to meet labor market demands. Particular attention is given to school-IT sector collaboration, practical lessons, seminars, and career guidance programs. This approach aims to increase youth interest in IT and direct them toward successful professional futures.
