TASHKILOTDA MOBBING JARAYONLARI VA ULARNING XODIMLARNING RUHIY-EMOTSIONAL BARQARORLIGIGA TA’SIRI

Аннотация:

Mazkur maqolada tashkilotlarda uchraydigan mobbing jarayonlari, uning shakllari va xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Mobbingning xodimlarning ruhiy-emotsional barqarorligiga ko‘rsatadigan salbiy ta’siri ijtimoiy-psixologik nuqtai nazardan yoritilgan. Xususan, mobbing holatlarining xodimlarda stress, depressiya, motivatsiyaning pasayishi, ish samaradorligining kamayishi kabi oqibatlarga olib kelishi ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi. Maqolada shuningdek, tashkilotda sog‘lom psixologik muhit yaratish, ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlarini kuchaytirish va mobbingning oldini olish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ham berilgan.
