AXBOROT XAVFSIZLIGI VA IJTIMOIY ONG: ILMIY-FALSAFIY PARADIGMALAR

Axborot xavfsizligi va ijtimoiy ong o‘rtasidagi dialektik bog‘liqlik zamonaviy ijtimoiy-falsafiy paradigmalarda inson hayoti, jamiyat barqarorligi va sivilizatsiya rivojlanishining tub omillaridan biri sifatida ko‘riladi. Chunki axborotning nafaqat texnik, balki ijtimoiy-ma’naviy mohiyati ham mavjud bo‘lib, uning xavfsizligi ongning shakllanish jarayonlariga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Axborot oqimlari to‘g‘ri yo‘naltirilganda ongda barqarorlik, tafakkurda mustahkamlik, ijtimoiy hayotda muvozanat yuzaga keladi; biroq manipulyativ, buzuvchi yoki chalg‘ituvchi axborotlar ustuvor bo‘lganda ijtimoiy ongning strukturasi izdan chiqadi va jamiyatning axloqiy-ruhiy immuniteti zaiflashadi. Shu jihatdan axborot xavfsizligi masalasi oddiy texnologik muammo emas, balki ijtimoiy ongni himoya qilish, uning me’yoriy tamoyillarini saqlash va rivojlantirish jarayonidir. Ijtimoiy ong axborot oqimlari orqali o‘zini doimiy ravishda qayta quradi. Demak, axborot xavfsizligi ushbu jarayonning sog‘lomligini ta’minlaydigan falsafiy paradigma sifatida maydonga chiqadi. Bu paradigma ongni jamiyatning umumiy ma’naviy qadriyatlari bilan uyg‘unlashtirish, insonning erkin qaror qabul qilish salohiyatini mustahkamlash hamda ijtimoiy institutlarning ishonchliligini oshirishga qaratilgan.
