Аннотация:
Mazkur maqolada ayollar sportidagi tenglik masalasi, uning tarixiy shakllanishi, hozirgi zamon global muammolari va rivojlanish tendensiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Dunyo miqyosida ayollar sporti ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy hamda madaniy omillar bilan chambarchas bog‘liq ekani ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi. Maqolada xalqaro tajriba asosida ayollar sportiga bo‘lgan munosabat, teng imkoniyatlar yaratish siyosati va sportdagi gender tenglikni ta’minlash mexanizmlari nazariy jihatdan yoritiladi. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston sport tizimidagi ayollar faoliyatining o‘sish sur’atlari va mavjud to‘siqlar haqida ham fikr yuritiladi.
