Abstract:
Assessing speaking skills involves evaluating a person's ability to communicate effectively through methods like oral interviews, role-plays, and structured discussions, while using criteria such as pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, and grammar. Effective assessment also requires clear criteria and can incorporate self-assessment and peer feedback.
