The article examines the key aspects of organizing logistics processes in modern supply chains. It highlights the importance of transportation management, warehousing, inventory control, and digital technologies in improving efficiency and reducing operational costs. Special attention is given to the role of automation, smart tracking systems, and risk management in ensuring the reliability and sustainability of logistics operations. The study also provides recommendations for optimizing logistics strategies in global markets.
