This article examines one of the most relevant issues in the education system- the types of learning styles and their role in improving the quality of education and learning. In addition, this study explores how different learning styles reflect differences in students’ knowledge acquisition and how they support the educational process. The research involved a qualitative analysis of scientific literature and credible online sources on learning styles. The article discusses the VARK model and other well-known approaches, analyzing their application in the educational process.
