RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS OF HISTORY OF PREGNANT WOMEN WITH HYPERTENSIVE DISORDERS

Main Article Content

Abstract:

Currently, the problem of arterial hypertension in pregnant women remains relevant and remains in the focus of attention due to the widespread prevalence and high frequency of associated complications for both mother and child[1.5]. There is still no single opinion on the pathogenesis, classification, terminology and diagnosis of this pathology[4]. It is known that oxidative stress, endotheliosis, and free radical damage to the endothelium of all vessels of the microcirculatory bed underlie hypertensive disorders, leading to the development of a systemic inflammatory response and generalized endothelial dysfunction[2,3]. This article describes the main causes of hypertension during pregnancy that lead to endothelial dysfunction.
