PEDIATRIYADA SUN’IY INTELLEKT ASOSIDA DORI TANLASH VA DOZANI OPTIMALLASHTIRISH

Аннотация:

Ushbu maqola pediatriyada dori tanlash va dozani optimallashtirish jarayonida sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining rolini tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqotda SI algoritmlari va mashinani o‘rganish modellarining bolalar farmakoterapiyasida individualizatsiyalangan dori tanlash imkoniyatlarini oshirishdagi samaradorligi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, maqolada farmakokinetika va farmakodinamik parametrlar, bemor yoshiga, vazniga, patologiyasiga mos keladigan doza optimallashtirish metodlari, shuningdek, xavfsizlik va terapevtik samaradorlikni oshirishda raqamli yondashuvlarning afzalliklari muhokama qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, SI asosida ishlaydigan tizimlar pediatrik bemorlar uchun dori tanlash jarayonini tezlashtiradi, inson xatoliklarini kamaytiradi va individual dozani aniqlashda yuqori aniqlik beradi. Ushbu yondashuvning amaliy tatbiqi bolalar shifokorlariga yanada asoslangan klinik qarorlar qabul qilish imkonini yaratadi va farmakovigilansni takomillashtirishga hissa qo‘shadi.
