HUQUQIY MASLAHATCHI CHATBOTLAR VA ULARNING IMKONIYATLARI

Abstract:
Raqamli transformatsiya jarayonining tezlashuvi natijasida yuridik xizmatlar sohasida sun’iy intellektga asoslangan texnologiyalar, xususan huquqiy maslahatchi chatbotlar keng qo’llanila boshladi. Sun’iy intellektga asoslangan huquqiy maslahatchi chatbotlar bugungi kunda yuridik xizmatlar sohasi uchun eng dolzarb innovatsion vositalardan biridir. Ular aholining huquqiy savollariga qisqa vaqt ichida javob berish, normativ-huquqiy hujjatlarni izohlash, dastlabki maslahatlar taqdim etish orqali huquqiy ongni rivojlantirishga katta yordam bermoqda. Yuridik xizmatlarning qimmatligi yoki hududiy cheklovlar tufayli advokat xizmatidan foydalana olmaydigan fuqarolar uchun chatbotlar adolatga kirish imkoniyatlarini kengaytiradi. Ushbu maqola O‘zbekiston qonunchiligi nuqtai nazarida huquqiy
chatbotlarning maqomi, ulardan foydalanishdagi cheklovlar, xavf-xatarlar, normativ-huquqiy javobgarlik masalalari hamda kelajak istiqbollarini ilmiy asosda tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqot davomida solishtirma-huquqiy metod, kontent-analiz, normativ sharh va case-study usullari qo‘llanildi. Natijalar orqali huquqiy chatbotlar yuridik xizmatlar bozorida samaradorlikni oshirishi, biroq ushbu faoliyatni huquqiy tartibga solishning zarurligi aniqlangan
