LIPIDLARNI PEROKSIDLANISHI VA HUJAYRA SHIKASTLANISHI POTOGENEZIDAGI AHAMIYATI

Abstract:





Lipidlarning proksidlanishi (lipid peroksidlanishi) hujayralarda erkin radikallar ta’sirida sodir bo‘ladigan oksidlovchi jarayon bo‘lib, u biologik membranalarning strukturaviy yaxlitligini buzadi. Ushbu jarayon natijasida hosil bo‘ladigan reaktiv kislorod turlari va lipid peroksid mahsulotlari hujayra oqsillari, DNK va ferment tizimlariga zarar yetkazadi. Lipid peroksidlanishining ortishi oksidlovchi stress, yallig‘lanish, ateroskleroz, neyrodegenerativ kasalliklar va saraton patogenezida muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Shu sababli, antioksidant himoya tizimining faolligi va uning yetishmovchiligi organizmda hujayra shikastlanishi darajasini belgilovchi asosiy omillardan biridir
