PURKINYE TOLALARI VA ELEKTR OʻTKAZUVCHANLIKNING GISTOLOGIK ASOSLARI

Abstract:
Yurakning muvofiqlashtirilgan qisqarishi, uning hayotiy nasos funksiyasining asosi bo’lib, o’ziga xos ixtisoslashgan elektr o’tkazuvchanlik tizimi orqali amalga oshiriladi. Ushbu maqola yurak elektr impulsini eng samarali va tezlikda tarqatuvchi, subendokardial joylashgan Purkinye tolalarining (PT) beqiyos gistologik moslashuvlarini chuqur tahlil qiladi. PT ning yirik hujayra hajmi, miofibrillalarning kamligi, glikogen zaxirasining yuqoriligi va eng muhimi, ular orasidagi hujayralararo aloqa kanali sonining ko’pligi impulsning tezligi 4 m/s gacha yetishini, ya’ni oddiy miokarddan bir necha barobar tez o’tkazilishini ta’minlaydi. Biz ushbu gistologik tuzilmalarning mexanizmlari yurak qorinchalarining sinxron depolarizatsiyasiga qanday imkon berishini va yurak ritmi buzilishlari aritmiyalar patogenezida ularning ahamiyatini ko’rib chiqamiz. Purkinye tolalarining me’yoriy va patologik gistologiyasini tushunish kardiologiya sohasida tashxis va davolash strategiyalarini ishlab chiqish uchun hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega.
