Аннотация:
В мире уровень заболеваемости туберкулезом стабилизировался на низком уровне, а заболевание в значительной степени сконцентрировано в общинах иммигрантов, где могут заболеть дети. Многие клиницисты рассматривают туберкулез как болезнь взрослых, поэтому его редко учитывают при дифференциальной диагностике больных детей. В этой статье представлен краткий обзор естественного течения заболевания у детей, чтобы продемонстрировать важность тщательного сбора анамнеза контакта с туберкулезом. В нем также содержатся рекомендации по диагностике, лечению и профилактике туберкулеза у детей
