The article explores the impotence of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The implementation in practice of the ideas of the head of our state that in order to ensure human interests, it is necessary, first of all, to conduct a dialogue with people, to know well the problems, needs, dreams and aspirations that concern them, serves to ensure that people are satisfied with life, life is becoming more prosperous. Modern houses, streets and squares being built, well–maintained villages, fertile gardens, large and small industrial enterprises, attention to medicine, education, culture, art and the improvement of youth - all this contributes to increasing the international prestige of our country.
