Аннотация:
В условиях усиливающихся климатических изменений, пандемических рисков и институциональных реформ устойчивость системы здравоохранения приобретает стратегическое значение. Цель исследования — разработка интегративной концептуальной модели, объединяющей благополучие врачей-резидентов, клиническое качество, климатическую и чрезвычайную готовность, а также политико-экономические механизмы регулирования. Методологической основой послужил интегративный аналитический обзор 20 научных публикаций, посвящённых автономии резидентов, профессиональному выгоранию, моральному риску, трансформации страховой политики и управлению чрезвычайными ситуациями. Результаты анализа показывают, что снижение автономии резидентов при сохранении клинических исходов может иметь долгосрочные последствия для институциональной адаптивности.
