Аннотация:

Ushbu maqola halollik qadriyatining shakllanish jarayoni va uning psixologik mexanizmlari masalasini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda halollik shaxsning axloqiy-me’naviy rivojlanishida muhim rol o‘ynashi, shuningdek, ijtimoiy va shaxsiy xulq-atvorning barqarorligini ta’minlashdagi ahamiyati ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi. Psixologik mexanizmlar qatoriga ichki motivatsiya, empatiya, axloqiy ong va o‘zini baholash jarayonlari kiradi. Maqolada halollik qadriyatlari va ularni shakllantiruvchi psixologik jarayonlar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik tadqiq etilgan, shuningdek, halollikni rivojlantirish yo‘llari va uning shaxsiyatning ijtimoiy moslashuviga ta’siri muhokama qilingan. Natijalar halollik qadriyatlari shaxsning ijtimoiy faoliyati va axloqiy qaror qabul qilishida muhim psixologik asos ekanligini tasdiqlaydi.
