Abstrak:
Ushbu tadqiqotda kartoshka (Solanum tuberosum L.) explantlarini in vitro sharoitida muvaffaqiyatli yetishtirish uchun yangi sterilizatsiya usullari o‘rganildi. Sterilizatsiya jarayonida Domestosning ishchi eritmasi hamda kumush nitratning (AgNO₃) turli konsentratsiyalari sinovdan o‘tkazilib, ularning kontaminatsiyani bartaraf etish va explantlarning yashovchanligini ta’minlashdagi samaradorligi baholandi.
