ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN LANGUAGE LEARNING

This article is devoted to examining the significance, opportunities, and challenges of artificial intelligence in the process of language learning. It analyzes the changes brought about by the integration of modern AI technologies into language education, particularly focusing on personalized instruction, automated assessment, and interactive learning environments. The study is based on an analysis of recent scientific sources and explores the impact of AI tools on the development of language skills. The findings indicate that AI is an effective tool for enhancing learners’ vocabulary, strengthening reading and writing skills, and promoting autonomous learning. At the same time, the article addresses important issues related to the use of artificial intelligence, including ethical concerns, technological inequality, and the role of the teacher. The conclusion emphasizes that although AI has great potential in language education, its effective implementation requires integration with traditional pedagogical approaches.
