Abstract:
Олма меваларида оқ, сариқ ва қора рангли қоғоз қопчалар қўлланилди. Тажрибада олма меваларини органолептик баҳоси берилиб, навлар орасида Старкримсоннинг органолептик хусусиятлари энг яхши деб топилган бўлса, меваларнинг ташқи кўриниши бўйича қоғоз қопчаларга ўралган мевалар юқори баҳоланган, таъм нуқтаи назаридан сариқ ва қора қоғоз қопчалар билан ўралган меваларнинг таъмлари жуда паст даражада бўлган.
