Abstract:

Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy malaka oshirish tizimini takomillashtirish bo'yicha ilg'or xalqaro tajribalar va yondashuvlar tahlil qilingan. Scopus va Web of Science bazalaridan olingan tadqiqotlar asosida malaka oshirish dasturlarining yangi formatlarni, jumladan onlayn va aralash ta'lim, kasbiy o'rganish jamoalari, texnologiya integratsiyasi va shaxsga yo'naltirilgan yondashuvlarni qo'llash samaradorligi ko'rsatilgan. Maqolada o'qituvchilarning uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanishi uchun zarur bo'lgan sharoitlar, to'siqlar va ularni bartaraf etish yo'llari muhokama qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko'rsatadiki, samarali malaka oshirish tizimlari hamkorlikka asoslangan, amaliyotga yo'naltirilgan, moslashuvchan va doimiy qo'llab-quvvatlashni ta'minlagan bo'lishi kerak.
